Gefallen Ein Kannibale kann den SC drei Tage lang helfen, der Spur eines einzelnen intelligenten Wesen (oder einer Gruppe intelligenter Wesen) durch die Wildnis zu folgen.


Kannibalen sind wilde Humanoide mit einem Geschmack für das Fleisch intelligenter Lebewesen. Im Kampf stürmen sie mit wilden Kriegsschreien heran und werfen oft ihre Waffen beiseite, um sich auf ihre Gegner zu stürzen, mit Hunger und Verlangen nach dem Geschmack von Blut und Fleisch im Blick.


Kannibalen können als gewöhnliche barbarische Stammesangehörige benutzt werden. In diesem Fall sollten sie jedoch andere Kampfrauschkräfte[link13] besitzen, beispielsweise Aberglaube[link23], Einschüchterndes Niederstarren[link24] oder Kräftiger Schlag[link25]. Ebenso sollten die Talente durch Ausdauer[link26] und Unverwüstlich[link27] oder Mächtiger Angriff[link28] und Doppelschlag[link29] ersetzt werden. Ein Kannibale mit der Kampfrauschkraft[link13] Geruchssinn[link30] wäre ein begabter Spurenleser, während einer mit Schneller Fuß seine Beute gut einholen kann.


Kannibalen treten üblicherweise in Jagdgruppen zu viert oder zu sechst auf (HG 5 oder 6), wobei sie oft von derselben Zahl halbgezähmter Hunde[link31] begleitet werden (HG 6 oder 7). Acht Kannibalen könnten einen Schamanen[link32] (HG 8) oder einen Häuptling[link33] (HG 11) begleiten.

Schamanen sind die Hüter von Weisheit, Mythen und Medizin, die Wächter über Geburt, Leben und Tod innerhalb primitiver Stämme. Sie halten die uralten Rituale ab und stimmen die Naturgeister milde, lesen die Zeichen im Rauch und kümmern sich um die Scheiterhaufen der in Ehre Verstorbenen, während sie brennenden Zorn auf jene herabrufen, die es wagen, das Gebiet des Stammes uneingeladen zu betreten und gegen seine Traditionen zu verstoßen.


Schamanen können guten oder neutralen Stämmen mit einer langen Geschichte und heroischen Traditionen beistehen. Sie können auch finstere Hexendoktoren sein, die degenerierte Kannibalenstämme zu immer finsteren Taten antreiben. Man trifft sie normalerweise in der Wildnis an, wenn sie aber von Visionen oder den Stimmen der Ahnen geleitet werden, könnten sie auch Städte[link64] und Dörfer betreten.


Ein Schamane könnte einen Gladiator[link65], Monsterjäger[link66] oder einen Plünderer[link67] als Leibwächter in der Nähe haben (HG 7) oder zwei Unheilsverkünder[link68] als Lehrlinge ausbilden (HG 6).

Gefallen Ein Häuptling kann den SC sicheres Geleit durch ein Gebiet im Radius von 32 Kilometern garantieren, keine Stämme in diesem Gebiet werden die SC angreifen.


Häuptlinge führen Kannibalenstämme und andere wilde Gruppen mit roher Stärke, Cleverness und reiner Willenskraft. Ein Häuptling führt eine mächtige Waffe als Zeichen seiner Führungsposition und als Warnung an alle, die ihn herausfordern wollen, da die Klinge bereits das Blut vieler Rivalen innerhalb und vieler Feinde von außerhalb des Stammes gekostet hat.


Für Häuptlinge gilt dasselbe wie für Schamanen und Kannibalen - sie können entweder Stämme edler Wilder oder bestialische, degenerierte Kannibalenstämme anführen. Ein Häuptling, der seine Position einer Heldentat verdankt, könnte einen Zweihänder[link70] des Drachenverderben[link71] soder gegen -magische Bestienbesitzen statt der aufgeführten Waffe. Ein Kannibalenhäuptling könnte die schwerere Rüstung und die fremden Waffen besiegter (und verspeister) Feinde tragen.


Häuptlinge können als einfache, eher direkte Gladiatoren oder auch als hochstufi ge Wachen eingesetzt werden, die vielleicht das Kommando über eine Burg oder die Stadtwache innehaben.


Solche Generäle tragen schwere Rüstung, meist Bänderpanzer[link83] oder Ritterrüstungen[link84] (RK 18 oder 20), und könnten die Talente Mächtiger Angriff[link28] und Doppelschlag[link29] besitzen statt Ausdauer[link26] und Unverwüstlich[link27].


Häuptlinge werden meist von zwei Plünderer-Leibwachen[link67], einem Schamanen[link32] und einem Dutzend Kannibalen[link85] begleitet (HG 12). Ein Häuptling könnte eine plündernde Horde von zehn Plünderern[link67] (HG 13) oder neun Wikingern[link86] anführen (HG 14).
