Gestalt wechseln (ÜF[link48]) Mittels dieser Fähigkeit kann eine Königsnaga eine von insgesamt fünf humanoiden Gestalten annehmen. Jede dieser Gestalten hat ein einmaliges Aussehen (z.B. eine rothaarige Zwergin[link49], ein alter Mensch[link50] usw.). Die Naga kann nur diese fünf Gestalten mittels dieser Fähigkeit annehmen. Sie kann ihren Zweifachen Blickangriff auch in humanoider Gestalt einsetzen.

Zauber Eine Königsnaga wirkt Zauber wie ein Hexenmeister[link51] der 9. Stufe.

zweifacher Blickangriff (ÜF[link48]) Eine Königsnaga verfügt über einen stechenden Blick, der imstande ist, jene zu verkrüppeln, die ihr in die Augen sehen. Die Kreatur besitzt zwei Blickangriffe und kann als Bewegungsaktion zwischen ihnen wechseln. Der eine Blick lässt ihre Opfer dauerhaft erblinden[link52], während der andere sie dauerhaft taub[link53] werden lässt. Ein Zähigkeitswurf[link54] gegen SG 21 vereitelt die Wirkung eines Blickangriffs. Andernfalls sind die Effekte dauerhaft bis zur Heilung. Königsnagas haben in der Regel ihren taubmachenden Blick aktiv und wechseln zu Blindheit[link52], sobald ein Kampf beginnt und einige Gegner bereits taub[link53] sind, da blinde[link52] Gegner nicht mehr von Blickangriffen betroffen werden können. Der SG des Rettungswurfes basiert auf Charisma[link55].


Die stolzen und würdevollen Königsnagas suchen vergessene Städte[link56] und untergegangene Königreiche heim, deren uralte Schätze sie aus ihren eigenen, unerf indlichen Gründen bewachen. Die fünf Gesichter einer Königsnaga sind scharf geschnitten und blicken streng, wenn sie erzürnt wird, werden sie furchteinflößend. Königsnagas sind stolze und eitle Geschöpfe, welche ihre Schlangenhauben und Gesichter mit wertvollem Stechschmuck, Kronen und anderen Schmuckstücken verzieren. Königsnagas sind 5,40 m lang und wiegen oft mehr als 750 Pfund.


Königsnagas neigen dazu, ernst und befehlend aufzutreten. Sie sind zwar von Natur aus sozial, misstrauen aber Fremden und scheinen große Schwierigkeiten zu haben, mit anderen als Gleichgestellten zu sprechen.

Alle Kreaturen innerhalb von 9 m müssen einen Willenswurf[link54] gegen SG 17 ablegen, um nicht fasziniert[link68] zu werden. Die Mondnaga kann den Faszinieren-Effekt aufrechterhalten, solange sie sich konzentriert. Faszinierte[link68] Kreaturen folgen der Mondnaga, solange sie den Effekt durch Konzentration aufrechterhält. Der SG des Rettungswurfes basiert auf Charisma[link55].

Zauber Eine Mondnaga wirkt Zauber wie ein Hexenmeister[link51] der 5. Stufe.


Mondnagas sind geduldige Beobachter des Nachthimmels. Sie lieben die Kosmologie und glauben stark an die Astrologie, bei der sie eine Handvoll komplizierter Sternzeichen kennen. Einige wenige Mondnagas besitzen sogar Kenntnisse über die unaussprechlichen Dinge aus dem dunklen Raum zwischen den Sternen. Eine Mondnaga misst über 3 m von ihrem bleichen Gesicht bis zur Schwanzspitze und wiegt knapp 200 Pfund.


Als nachtaktive Kreaturen leben Mondnagas häufig in Turmruinen[link69] oder auf Bergen[link70]; der Ort muss nur dem Nachthimmel gegenüber offen sein. Dort blicken sie durch astrologische Gerätschaften und beobachten genau die vorbeiziehenden Himmelskörper voller Bereitwilligkeit, mehr über das Universum in Erfahrung zu bringen. Jene, die unterirdisch leben, machen nächtliche Ausflüge unter den freien Himmel, wenn es ihnen möglich ist. In bewölkten Nächten sind sie unruhig, so es wahrscheinlicher ist, an einem dunklen Abend mit einer Mondnaga aneinanderzugeraten als zu anderen Zeiten.


Manchmal stehen Mondnagas kleinen Kulten von Himmelsbeobachtern vor. Ihre Gefolgsleute helfen ihnen, Bücher voller Berechnungen zu den Bahnen der Sterne und Planeten am tiefschwarzen Nachthimmel zu erstellen.


Das Gift[link71] der Mondnaga wirkt in kleinen Dosen vermischt mit Wasser, Fruchtsäften und Alkohol leicht halluzinogen und ihre Kultanhänger nehmen die Substanz oft als rituelle Droge zu sich.

Die schlangenhafte Schönheit einer Wassernaga mit ihren fleckigen blau-grünen Schuppen täuscht darüber hinweg, wie gefährlich diese Kreaturen sind. Sie sind zwar zweifelsohne intelligent, haben aber mehr als andere Nagaarten mit Schlangen gemein. Wassernagas ziehen es vor, in Ruhe gelassen zu werden, und greifen jede Kreatur an, die es wagt, sie zu stören. Eine typische Wassernaga ist 3 m lang und wiegt 250 Pfund.


Viele Nagas wählen bestimmte Verstecke als ihr Zuhause, doch Wassernagas besitzen in der Regel mehrere Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, die sie mit dem Wechsel der Jahreszeiten aufsuchen. Aufgrund dieser Rundreisen sind viele Wassernagas weitgereist und die Nachbarn ihrer Unterschlupfe (insbesondere Angehörige des Echsenvolkes[link83], Feenwesen[link84] und menschliche Stämme) bringen den Schlangenwesen häufig Geschenke in Form örtlicher Delikatessen, um ihr Wohlwollen zu erlangen und von fernen Landen zu erfahren. Die meisten Wassernagas sind für Schmeicheleien empfänglich und mögen spannende Geschichten und die Bewunderung der in ihren Augen niederen Kreaturen. Daher reisen sie viel und gern. Sie sind nur selten böswillig, doch langweilen sie sich rasch, wenn sie immer wieder dieselben Geschichten hören müssen. Außerdem schmücken sie die Erzählungen, die sie selbst weiterverbreiten, mit eigenen Erfindungen aus und kümmern sich nicht darum, welche Folgen die daraus resultierenden Irrtümer für ihre Zuhörer haben könnten. Allerdings sind bei weitem nicht alle Wassernagas so umgänglich, so dass schon viele Ahnungslose trotz bester Absichten mit ihren gefährlichen Fangzähnen konfrontiert wurden.
