Feuerballodem (ÜF[link18]) Ein Flammendraka kann mit einer StandardAktion einen Ball aus Feuer ausatmen, der wie ein Feuerball[link19] explodiert. Dieser Angriff besitzt eine Reichweite von 54 m und verursacht 5W6 Punkte Feuerschaden bei allen Wesen innerhalb eines Explosionsradius’ von 6 m (Reflexwurf[link20], SG 16, halbiert). Wenn der Flammendraka seinen Feuerballodem eingesetzt hat, kann er dies für 1W6 Runden nicht wiederholen. Der SG des Rettungswurfes basiert auf Konstitution[link21].

Geschwindigkeitsschub (AF[link22]) Ein Flammendraka kann drei Mal am Tag mit einer Schnellen Aktion auf sein drakonisches Erbe zurückgreifen, um einen Kraft- und Geschwindigkeitsschub zu erlangen, welcher ihm in dieser Runde eine zusätzliche Bewegungsaktion erlaubt.


Flammendraka sind degenerierte Vettern roter Drachen[link23]. Sie besitzen den Zorn und das Temperament wahrer roter Drachen[link23], aber nur wenig von deren Intelligenz[link24] und Verstandes. Flammendraka sind brutale Schläger, welche die Landstriche terrorisieren, in denen sie leben. Von denen, die sie einschüchtern können, erpressen sie hohe Tributzahlungen, während sie voller Bösartigkeit jeden angreifen, der sich ihnen nicht beugt.


Flammendraka kommen in kleinen Jagdgruppen zusammen, welche als „Rotten“ bezeichnet werden. Bei solchen Überfällen arbeiten sie problemlos zusammen, streiten sich dann aber meist über die Beute und bekämpfen sich untereinander. Männchen und Weibchen bilden nach Geschlechtern unterteilte Rudel und kommen nur zur Paarungszeit zusammen.


Flammendraka paaren sich einmal im Jahr. Die Männchen beteiligen sich nicht an der Erziehung ihrer Abkömmlinge und verlassen ihre Partner kurz nach der Paarung. Die Weibchen legen jeweils zwei oder drei Eier in hochgelegenen Nestern in den Bergen[link16] und kümmern sich für 2 Jahre um ihre Brut. Dann kehren sie zu ihren Rudeln zurück und überlassen die Jungen ihrem Schicksal. Flammendraka werden mit 5 Jahren erwachsen und bis zu 150 Jahre alt. Sie werden in der Regel 3,60 m lang und wiegen 1.500 Pfund.

Die mattblauen Schuppen dieses zweibeinigen Drachens sind mit einem Hauch hell-blauen Eises überzogen. Er stößt einen gefrierenden Nebel zwischen seinen kräftigen Kiefern aus.

Eisklettern (AF[link22]) Diese Fähigkeit funktioniert wie Spinnenklettern[link29], beschränkt sich aber auf eisige und vereiste Oberflächen. Der Draka kann sich ohne Mali auf vereisten Oberflächen bewegen und muss keine Fertigkeitswürfe[link30] auf Akrobatik[link31] ablegen, um auf Eis zu rennen oder Sturmangriffe[link32] auszuführen.

Frostnebelodem (ÜF[link18]) Ein Frostdraka kann mit einer Standard-Aktion einen Ball aus Flüssigkeit ausspeien, der in einer Wolke aus gefrierendem Nebel explodiert. Dieser Angriff hat eine Reichweite von 18 m und verursacht bei allen Wesen in einem Explosionsradius von 6 m 7W6 Punkte Kälteschaden (Reflexwurf[link20], SG 18, halbiert). Der Nebel[link33] bedeckt alle Oberflächen mit einer Schicht glatten Eises, welches das Gebiet für 2W4 Runden in schwieriges Gelände verwandelt. Nach dieser Zeit haben sich genug Risse gebildet oder das Eis ist soweit geschmolzen, dass das Gelände wieder als normal behandelt werden kann. Sobald ein Frostdraka seinen Frostnebelodem benutzt hat, kann er dies erst wieder nach 1W6 Runden tun. Der SG des Reflexwurfes[link20] basiert auf Konstitution[link21].

Schneesicht (AF[link22]) Ein Frostdraka kann perfekt bei Schneefall oder ähnlichen Bedingungen sehen und erleidet keine Mali bei Fertigkeitswürfen auf Wahrnehmung[link6], während er sich im Schnee[link26] befindet.


Frostdraka sind degenerierte Vettern von Weißen Drachen[link34]. Sie sind größer als andere Draka, erreichen eine Höhe von bis zu 4,80 m und wiegen bis zu 2.500 Pfund. Die breiten, krallenbewehrten Füße ermöglichen es ihnen, sich leicht durch Schnee[link26] zu graben, jedoch nicht durch Erde oder Lehm.


Junge Frostdraka bilden in ihrer Jugend nach Geschlechtern getrennte Jagdrudel, während man ältere Frostdraka oft in Paaren antrifft. Frostdraka verlassen ihre Rudel, wenn sie einen passenden Gefährten gefunden haben und bleiben mit diesem ein Leben lang zusammen. Paare bauen gemeinsame Nester und die Weibchen legen jeweils zwei bis fünf Eier. Beide Elternteile kümmern sich nach dem Schlüpfen um die Jungen. Familien bilden meist kleine Rudel, bis die Jungen mit 5 Jahren die körperliche Reife erlangen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt verlassen die Eltern die Jungen, meist um anderswo ein neues Gelege in einem neuen Nest zu legen. Sie überlassen es den jungen Draka, ihreigenen Rudel von Heranwachsenden zu finden.


Draka, Seedraka


Diese bösartige Bestie ist weder Seeschlange noch Drache. Sie ist mit blau-grünen, glänzenden Schuppen bedeckt und ihre Arme dienen ihr zugleich als Flügel und Flossen.

Kentern lassen (AF[link22]) Ein Seedraka kann versuchen, ein gleich großes oder kleineres Boot oder Schiff zum Kentern zu bringen, indem er es im Rahmen eines Sturmangriffes rammt und einen Kampfmanöverwurf[link41] ausführt. Der SG dieses Wurfs liegt bei 25 oder entspricht dem Ergebnis des Fertigkeitswurfs des Bootsführers auf Beruf (Seefahrer)[link42], falls dieses höher ist.

Kugelblitzodem (ÜF[link18]) Ein Seedraka kann mit einer Standard-Aktion eine Kugel aus Elektrizität ausatmen, welche zuerst ein Ziel trifft und dann ähnlich dem Zauber Kugelblitz[link43] zu anderen Zielen überspringt. Dieser Angriff hat eine Reichweite von 30 m und verursacht beim Primärziel 6W6 Punkte Elektrizitätsschaden (Reflexwurf[link20], SG 17, halbiert). Nach dem Treffer kann der Kugelblitz[link43] auf eine Anzahl von Sekundärzielen in Höhe der Trefferwürfel des Seedraka (meist 7) überspringen, diese müssen sich jedoch innerhalb von 6 m zum Primärziel befinden. Die Sekundärblitze treffen jedes Ziel und verursachen den gleichen Schaden wie der Primärblitz. Wenn ein Seedraka seinen Kugelblitzodem eingesetzt hat, kann er dies erst wieder nach 1W6 Runden wiederholen. Der SG des Reflexwurfes[link20] basiert auf Konstitution[link21].


Obwohl Seedraka offenkundig das Ergebnis drakonischer Inzucht sind, liegt ihre Herkunft nicht so klar auf der Hand wie bei anderen Draka. Sie gehören zu den stärksten Draka, besitzen aber nicht die geistigen Fähigkeiten ihrer Ahnen unter den wahren Drachen[link44], sondern nur die gewalttätige Schläue der anderen Draka. Sie sind zwar Amphibien, verbringen aber die meiste Zeit in seichten Küstengewässern.


Seedraka messen bis zu 4,20 m von der Nase bis zur Spitze ihrer kräftigen Schwänze. Sie wiegen 2.000 Pfund.


Als einzelgängerischste aller Draka-Unterarten ziehen sie es vor, allein auf Jagd zu gehen. Gelegentlich tun sie sich aber auch zu Rudeln zusammen, um größere Beute zu jagen. Solche Zusammenrottungen können dann zu einer bedeutenden Gefahr für die Küstenschifffahrt werden.


Draka, Walddraka


Dieser grüngeschuppte Drache[link1] besitzt zwei kräftige Beine und ein Paar lange, ledrige Schwingen. Am Ende seines umherschlagenden Schwanzes befindet sich ein langer Dorn.

Geschwindigkeitsschub (AF[link22]) Ein Walddraka kann drei Mal am Tag mit einer Schnellen Aktion auf sein drakonisches Erbe zurückgreifen, um einen Kraft- und Geschwindigkeitsschub zu erlangen, welcher ihm in dieser Runde eine zusätzliche Bewegungsaktion erlaubt.

Säurehaltige Wolke (ÜF[link18]) Ein Walddraka kann mit einer Standard-Aktion einen Säureball ausspeien, der bei Kontakt mit dem Ziel zu einer Wolke explodiert. Dieser Angriff hat eine Reichweite von 18 m und verursacht bei allen Wesen innerhalb eines Explosionsradius von 3 m 4W6 Punkte Säureschaden (Reflexwurf[link20], SG 14, halbiert). Die Wolke verbleibt für 1W4 Runden und verhält sich wie Verhüllender Nebel[link49] mit einem Radius von 3 m, ohne weiteren Schaden zu verursachen. Starker Wind[link50] kann die Wolke in einer Runde auseinandertreiben. Wenn ein Walddraka seine säurehaltige Wolke eingesetzt hat, kann er dies erst 1W6 Runden später erneut tun. Der SG des Reflexwurfes[link20] basiert auf Konstitution[link21].


Walddraka sind degenerierte Vettern grüner Drachen[link51]. Sie besitzen eine grausame Schläue, aber nur wenig richtige Intelligenz[link24]. Wie die meisten anderen Draka sind auch Walddraka streitsüchtige Unruhestifter, welche auf der Suche nach ihrer Lieblingsbeute - Elfen[link52] und Feenwesen[link53] – durch den Wald[link46] schleichen. Walddraka greifen Ansiedlungen dieser Waldwesen begierig an, wenn sie nicht mit Pfeilen oder anderen Mitteln fortgejagt werden.


Wie viele andere Draka-Unterarten organisieren sich auch Walddraka in Rudeln, welche als „Rotten“ bezeichnet werden. Sie unterhalten ihre Gemeinschaftslagerstätten an abgeschiedenen Orten im Wald[link46]. Diese Rudel bestehen meist aus Geschwistern, die sich nur während der Paarungszeit von ihren Rudeln trennen. Jedes Walddraka-Rudel hat seine eigene Hackordnung, in welcher die jüngeren und neueren Mitglieder die schlechteren Beutestücke und die wenigsten Paarungsmöglichkeiten erhalten.


Walddraka paaren sich einmal im Jahr, tun aber wenig, um ihre Jungen aufzuziehen. Ein Weibchen legt vier bis acht Eier und lässt ihre Jungen im Stich, sobald diese schlüpfen. Aus diesem Grund tun sich diese Schlüpflinge sofort zu Rudeln zusammen.


Auch wenn nur wenige solange überleben, können Walddraka bis zu 200 Jahre alt werden. Sie erreichen in der Regel von Kopf bis zum Schwanz eine Länge von 6 m und wiegen etwa 1.000 Pfund.
