Armeeressourcen
Ressourcen sind besondere Mittel, mit denen eine Armee ihre Fähigkeiten verbessern kann. Sie müssen mit Baupunkten (BP) erworben werden, ehe eine Armee mit ihnen ausgestattet werden kann. Manche Armeen können verschiedene Ressourcen nicht verwenden – eine Armee aus Wölfen[link1] könnte keine Heiltränke oder Verbesserte Waffen einsetzen, geistlose Kreaturen können mit Belagerungsgerät[link2] nichts anfangen usw.

Kostentechnisch genügt es nicht, einfach nur eine Ressource zu erwerben – die Armee muss im Einsatz der neuen Ausrüstung ausgebildet werden, Eliteeinheiten verlangen höheren Sold, teure Ausrüstungsgegenstände haben höhere Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturkosten usw. Jede Ressource, die einer Armee hinzugefügt wird, erhöht deren wöchentlichen Unterhalt um den aufgeführten Betrag.

Die Kosten sind auf eine mittelgroße Armee ausgerichtet, bei kleineren oder größeren Armeen kosten sie proportional mehr oder weniger, siehe auch Tabelle: Ressourcenanpassung[link3].

Belagerungsgeräte (15 BP pro Maschine): Zur Armee gehö ren Katapulte[link4], Steinschleudern, Ballisten[link5], Rammen und andere Belagerungsgeräte[link2], mit denen Befestigungen zerstört werden können. Erhöhe unabhängig von der Anzahl an Belagerungsgeräten den AM um +2. Pro Belagerungswaffe[link2] steigt der Unterhalt der der Armee um +3. Reduziere in jeder Nahkampfphase den gegnerischen Bonus auf den VW, der aus Befestigungsanlagen erwächst, um 1W4 Punkte pro Belagerungsgerät[link2] in dieser Armee. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ressourcen verändern sich die Kosten von Belagerungswaffen[link2] nicht mit der Größe der Armee. Um diese Ressource zu erwerben, muss eine Ortschaft deines Königreichs über eine Akademie[link6], ein Fremdenviertel[link7], eine Militärakademie[link8] oder eine Universität[link9] verfügen.

Fernkampfwaffen (2 BP): Die Soldaten sind mit Fernkampfwaffen wie bspw. Armbrüsten[link10] oder Bögen[link11] ausgerüstet. Die Armee erhält die Fähigkeit Fernkampf. Der Unterhalt steigt um +1.

Heiltränke (10 BP): Jeder Soldat ist mit mehreren Heilträn ken ausgestattet. Zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt während der Schlacht (maximal zwei Mal pro Schlacht) kann der Befehlshaber seinen Soldaten befehlen, ihre Heiltränke zu sich zu nehmen. In dieser Runde führt die Armee keinen Angriffswurf aus, erhält dafür aber Trefferpunkte in Höhe ihres doppelten HG zurück. Wenn eine Armee von dieser Ressource Gebrauch macht, steigt ihr Unterhalt für diese Woche um +3. Um diese Ressource zu erwerben, muss eine Ortschaft deines Königreichs über einen Alchemisten[link12], eine Kathedrale[link13], einen Kräuterkundler[link14], ein Magierakademie[link15], einen Magielagen[link16], einen Magierturm[link17] oder einen Tempel[link18] verfügen.

Reittiere (BP = HG des Reittieres): Die Armee reitet auf Pferden oder anderen für den Krieg ausgebildeten Tieren. AM und VW steigen jeweils um +2, der Unterhalt steigt um +1. Sollte die Armee Reittiere nutzen, die mächtiger sind als die Soldaten selbst, könnte dies den HG und alle davon abgeleiteten Werte der Armee erhöhen (siehe Seite 235). Um diese Ressource erwerben zu können, muss eine Ortschaft deines Königreichs über ein Fremdenviertel[link7], einen Stall[link19] oder einen Viehhof[link20] verfügen.

Verbesserte Rüstung (3 BP): Die Armee ist mit Rüstungen von Meisterarbeitsqualität ausgestattet; dies erhöht den VW und den Unterhalt um +1. Für das Fünffache der BP-Kosten (15 BP) kann die Armee stattdessen auch mit magischen Rüstungen ausgerüstet werden; dies erhöht VW und Unterhalt um jeweils +2. Um diese Ressource erwerben zu können, muss es in einer Ortschaft deines Königreichs ein Fremdenviertel[link7], eine Militärakademie[link8] oder eine Schmiede[link21] geben.

Verbesserte Waffen (5 BP): Die Armee ist mit Waffen von Meisterarbeitsqualität ausgestattet; dies erhöht den AM und den Unterhalt jeweils um +1. Für das Zehnfache der BP-Kosten (50 BP) kann die Armee stattdessen auch mit magischen Waffen ausgerüstet werden; dies erhöht den AM und den Unterhalt jeweils um +2. Um diese Ressource erwerben zu können, muss es in einer Ortschaft deines Königreichs ein Fremdenviertel[link7], eine Militärakademie[link8] oder eine Schmiede[link21] geben.

Ressourcen Transferieren

Du kannst eine erworbene Ressource auf eine andere Armee derselben oder kleineren Größenkategorie transferieren, sofern die Empfänger die Ressource auch benutzen können – Verbesserte Waffen für eine Hügelriesenarmee würden einer Armee aus menschlichen Zombies beispielsweise nicht nützen. Dies kostet keine BP, senkt aber die Moral der Armee, welcher diese besonderen Mittel weggenommen wird, um 1.


Der SL kann zulassen, dass eine Ressource zwischen mehreren kleineren Armeen aufgeteilt wird, solange die Summe der individuellen Einheiten in den Empfängerarmeen die Anzahl der Individuen in der Geberarmee nicht übersteigt.


Wenn du eine Armee auf löst, welche über eine Ressource verfügt, kannst du dieser einer passenden anderen Armee überlassen, für später einlagern (z.B. für eine Armee, die du im nächsten Jahr ausheben willst) oder zum halben Erwerbspreis in BP verkaufen.
