Schützentrick: Schützen können ihre Schneidpunkte dazu nutzen, um Schützentricks zu vollbringen. Die meisten Schützentricks verleihen dem Schützen einen kurzfristigen Bonus oder Effekt, wobei manche Effekte auch länger anhalten. Ein Schütze kann keine Schützentricks einsetzen, die eine höhere Stufenanforderung haben, als er Stufen als Schütze besitzt. Manche Schützentricks bleiben wirksam, solange der Schütze noch über mindestens einen Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt. Andere Schützentricks wiederum erfordern eine bestimmte Menge an Schneidpunkten, die erst ausgegeben werden müssen, um diesen Schützentrick aktivieren zu können.

Geschoss ausweichen (AF[link1]) Mit Beginn der 1. Stufe erhält der Schütze eine ungewöhnliche Begabung dafür, Fernkampfangriffen auszuweichen. Wenn der Schütze das Ziel eines Fernkampfangriffes ist, kann er 1 Schneidpunkt aufwenden, um sich mit einer Augenblicklichen Aktion 1,50 m weit zu bewegen und einen Bonus von +2 auf seine RK[link2] gegen diesen Angriff zu erhalten. Diese Bewegung ist kein 1,50 m-Schritt und provoziert daher Gelegenheitsangriffe[link3]. Alternativ kann der Schütze sich auch zu Boden fallen lassen, um einen Bonus von +4 auf seine RK[link2] gegen diesen Angriff zu erhalten. Der Schütze kann diesen Schützentrick nur einsetzen, wenn er Leichte oder Mittelschwere Rüstung trägt und höchstens Leichte Last mit sich trägt.

Lauf reinigen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 1. Stufe kann der Schütze mit einer Standard-Aktion den Zustand Beschädigt[link4] bei einer Feuerwaffe[link5] auf heben, sofern dieser durch eine Fehlzündung verursacht wurde. Der Schütze muss noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügen, um diesen Schützentrick auswählen zu können. Alternativ kann der Schütze 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um diesen Schützentrick als Bewegungsaktion, anstatt als Standard-Aktion durchzuführen.

Zielgenauigkeit (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 1. Stufe kann ein Schütze einen Angriff mit seiner Feuerwaffe[link5] als Angriff gegen die Berührung- RK[link2] statt gegen die normale RK[link2] ausführen, sofern er die Grundreichweite seiner Waffe überschreitet. Dieser Schützentrick kostet 1 Schneidpunkt pro Überschreitung der Grundreichweite über die Grundreichweite hinaus. Der Schütze erleidet jedoch immer noch einen Malus von -2 pro Überschreitung der Grundreichweite über die Grundreichweite hinaus. (vgl. „Grundreichweite[link6]“)

Kolbenhieb (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 3. Stufe kann der Schütze einen überraschenden Nahkampfangriff mit dem Knauf oder Kolben seiner Feuerwaffe[link5] als Standard-Aktion durchführen. Er gilt hierbei als geübt im Umgang mit seiner Feuerwaffe[link5] als Nahkampfwaffe und erhält einen Bonus auf seine Angriffs-[link7] und Schadenswürfe in Höhe des Verbesserungsbonus der Feuerwaffe. Der Kolbenhieb verursacht Wuchtwaffenschaden und hängt von der Größe der Feuerwaffe[link5] ab. Einhändige Feuerwaffen verursachen 1W6 Schadenspunkte (1W4 bei kleinen Kreaturen), während zweihändige Feuerwaffen 1W10 Schadenspunkte (1W8 bei kleinen Kreaturen) verursachen. Der Kritische Treffermultiplikator ist unabhängig von der Größe 20/x2. Sollte der Angriff erfolgreich sein, kann der Schütze einen Kampfmanöverwurf[link8] ausführen und versuchen das Ziel mit einer Freien Aktion zu Boden zu werfen. Der Schütze muss 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um diesen Schützentrick einsetzen zu können.

Schnell ziehen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 3. Stufe erhält der Schütze die folgenden Vorteile, solange er noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt: Er erhält einen Bonus von +2 auf seine Initiativewürfe. Ferner kann er, sofern er über das Talent Schnelle Waffenbereitschaft verfügt, seine Hände frei und ungehindert sind und die Feuerwaffe[link5] nicht versteckt ist, eine einzelne Feuerwaffe[link5] als Teil des Initiativewurfes ziehen.

Trickschuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 3. Stufe stehen dem Schützen die folgenden Trickschüsse offen, sofern er noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt; jeder Trickschuss kann in Verbindung mit einem einzelnen Feuerwaffenangriff genutzt werden, der Schütze muss den Trickschuss jedoch ankündigen, ehe er ihn ausführt.




Blattschuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 7. Stufe kann der Schütze mit einer Vollen Aktion sorgfältig zielen und seine gesamten Angriffe in einem einzelnen, tödlichen Schuss vereinen. In diesem Fall schießt er seine Feuerwaffe[link5] auf ein einzelnes Ziel ab, führt aber so viele Angriffe aus, wie ihm nach seinem Grundangriffsbonus möglich ist (beginnend mit dem höchsten Bonus, als würde er einen Vollen Angriff ausführen). Sollte einer dieser Angriffe das Ziel treffen, gilt der einzelne Angriff des Schützen als Treffer. Jeder weitere erfolgreiche Treffer erhöht sodann den Schaden um einen weiteren Schadenswürfel entsprechend der genutzten Feuerwaffe. Sollte z.B. ein Schütze der 7. Stufe eine Muskete[link14] abfeuern und mit beiden Angriffen treffen, verursacht er, ehe sonstige Schadensmodifikatoren addiert werden, 2W12 Schadenspunkte mit diesem Schuss anstatt 1W12 Schadenspunkte. Präzisionsschaden und zusätzlicher Schaden durch besondere Waffeneigenschaften (z.B. Aufflammen[link15]) werden mit den Schadensmodifikatoren addiert und durch diesen Schützentrick nicht verstärkt. Sollte einer oder mehrere Angriffe Kritische Treffer sein, würfelt der Schütze die Bestätigung mit seinem höchsten Angriffsbonus[link7] -5. Dieser Malus wird für jede weitere kritische Bedrohung um 1 gesenkt (Maximum 0). Der Schütze verursacht nur dann eine Fehlzündung, falls alle Angriffswürfe[link7] im Rahmen dieses Trickschusses Fehlschüsse sind. Er kann diesen Schützentrick nicht mit einer Donnerbüchse[link16] oder anderen Streuwaffe ausführen, wenn er Kreaturen in einem Kegel angreift. Der Schütze muss 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um diesen Schützentrick einsetzen zu können.

Warnschuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 7. Stufe kann ein Schütze, der noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt, eine Standard-Aktion aufwenden, um absichtlich eine Kreatur zu verfehlen, die er normalerweise mit einem Feuerwaffenangriff treffen würde. In diesem Fall befindet sich die Kreatur bis zum Beginn der nächsten Runde als auf dem falschen Fuß erwischt[link17].

Zielen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 7. Stufe kann ein Schütze mit einer Vollen Aktion einen Angriff mit einer Feuerwaffe[link5] ausführen und das Körperteil bestimmen, welches er treffen will. Abhängig von dem betroffenen Körperteil treten bestimmte Effekte ein. Sollte eine Kreatur nicht über ein bestimmtes Körperteil verfügen, kann der Schütze nicht auf dieses zielen. Für diesen Schützentrick muss der Schütze 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um ihn einsetzen zu können, egal welches Körperteil anvisiert wird. Kreaturen, welche gegen Hinterhältige Angriffe[link18] immun sind, sind auch gegen diese Effekte immun.






Blitzschnelles Nachladen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 11. Stufe kann ein Schütze, solange er noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt, einen einzelnen Lauf einer einhändigen oder zweihändigen Feuerwaffe[link5] einmal pro Runde mit einer Schnellen Aktion nachladen. Sollte er das Talent Schnelles Nachladen[link24] besitzen oder eine Alchemistische Kartusche verwenden (oder beides), kann er stattdessen einen Lauf mit einer Freien Aktion nachladen. Ferner provoziert dieser Schützentrick keine Gelegenheitsangriffe[link3].

Blutende Schusswunde (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 11. Stufe kann ein Schütze, der eine lebende Kreatur mit einem Feuerwaffenangriff trifft, mit einer Freien Aktion 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um diesen Angriff zusätzlichen Blutungsschaden[link9] in Höhe seines GE-Modifikators[link25] verursachen zu lassen. Alternativ kann der Schütze 2 Schneidpunkte ausgeben, um stattdessen 1 Punkt Stärke[link26]-, Geschicklichkeits[link26]- oder Konstitutions[link26]blutungsschaden[link9] (nach seiner Wahl) zu verursachen. Kreaturen, die gegen Hinterhältige Angriffe[link18] immun sind, sind auch gegen diese Arten von Blutungsschaden[link9] immun.

Sorgfältiges Nachladen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 11. Stufe kann ein Schütze nach einer Fehlzündung mit einer beschädigten[link4] Feuerwaffe[link5] 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um zu verhindern, dass die Waffe explodiert. Die Waffe behält aber die Eigenschaft Beschädigt[link4].

Schreckschuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 15. Stufe kann der Schütze 1 Schneidpunkt einsetzen, um eine Feuerwaffe[link5] in die Luft abzufeuern. Dieser Schuss wirkt auf alle lebenden Kreaturen in einem Explosionsradius von 9 m, als unterlägen sie dem Zauber Furcht[link27]. Der SG dieses Effektes ist 10 + ½ Stufe als Schütze + WE-Modifikator[link25] des Schützen.

Schützenglück (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 15. Stufe kann ein Schütze eine bestimmte Anzahl an Schneidpunkten ausgeben, um einen Rettungs-[link28] (2 Punkte) oder einen Fertigkeitswurf[link22] (1 Punkt) zu wiederholen. Der Schütze muss das Ergebnis des zweiten Wurfes nehmen, selbst wenn dieses schlechter sein sollte. Diese Kosten können weder durch die Klassenfähigkeit Wahrer Schneid, das Talent Signaturschützentrick[link29] oder andere Effekte reduziert werden, die die Kosten eines Schützentricks senken.

Schwer zu treffen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 15. Stufe erhält der Schütze die Vorteile von Entrinnen[link30], Reflexbewegung[link31] und Verbesserter Reflexbewegung[link32] (siehe Schurke[link33]), solange er noch über mindestens 1 Schneidpunkt seines täglichen Vorrats verfügt.

Betäubender Schuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 19. Stufe kann ein Schütze bei einem erfolgreichen Treffer 2 Schneidpunkte ausgeben, um das Ziel für 1 Runde zu betäuben[link34], sofern ihm kein Zähigkeitswurf[link28] gelingt. Der SG dieses Effektes ist 10 + ½ Stufe als Schütze + WE-Modifikator[link25] des Schützen. Kreaturen, die gegen Kritische Treffer immun sind, sind auch gegen diesen Effekt immun.

Dem Tod entrinnen (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 19. Stufe kann ein Schütze, dessen Trefferpunkte auf 0 oder weniger sinken, alle seine Schneidpunkte ausgeben (Minimum 1), damit seine Trefferpunkte stattdessen auf 1 reduziert zu werden.

Todesschuss (AF[link1]): Mit Beginn der 19. Stufe kann ein Schütze 1 Schneidpunkt ausgeben, um bei einem Kritischen Treffer normalen Schaden zu verursachen und das Ziel außerdem zu einem Zähigkeitswurf[link28] zwingen, bei dessen Misslingen das Ziel augenblicklich stirbt. Der SG dieses Effektes ist 10 + ½ Stufe als Schütze + GE-Modifikator[link25] des Schützen. Dies ist ein Todesangriff[link35]. Dieser Schützentrick erlaubt dem Schützen nicht, Schneid für das Bestätigen eines Kritischen Treffers oder einen tödlichen Treffer zurückzugewinnen.
