Frühe Feuerwaffen

Frühe Feuerwaffen sind in der Regel Luntenschloss-, Radschloss- oder Steinschlosswaffen und erfordern mehr Finesse und Pf lege als fortschrittliche Feuerwaffen. Frühe Feuerwaffen sind Frontlader, bei denen eine Kugel und Pulver (oder andere spezielle alchemistische Substanzen) den Lauf hinabgeschoben werden, bevor die Waffe abgefeuert wird. Frühe Feuerwaffen können mit Hilfe einer Kartusche aus Papier oder Stoff geladen werden, die aufgerissen wird und deren Inhalt sodann in den Lauf geschüttet und hinuntergeschoben wird.

Axtmuskete: An der Mündung dieser kleinen Muskete ist ein Axtblatt angebracht. Sie kann sowohl wie eine Muskete als auch Streitaxt[link27] eingesetzt werden. In Bezug auf die Herstellung von Meisterarbeiten oder magischen Versionen dieser Waffe gilt sie als Doppelwaffe. Wenn sie den Zustand[link28] Beschädigt[link29] erhält, gelten sowohl der Feuerwaffen- als auch der Axtteil als beschädigt[link29]. Als Munition verwendet die Axtmuskete entweder eine Kugel mit einer Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Sie gilt als frühe Feuerwaffe.


Bündelrevolver: Diese Pistole besitzt sechs Läufe. Die gesamte Lauftrommel kann zwischen zwei Schüssen rasch gedreht werden (mit einer freien Hand als Freie Aktion[link32]), so dass alle sechs Kugeln abgefeuert werden können, bevor die Waffe nachgeladen werden muss. Als Munition verwendet jeder Lauf des Bündelrevolvers entweder eine Kugel und eine Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Er ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Dolchpistole: Die Dolchpistole, eine Kombination aus einer Mantelpistole und einem Messer, kann sowohl als Dolch[link33] wie auch als Pistole verwendet werden. Aufgrund des unpraktischen Aufbaus der Waffe entfällt der Bonus auf den Fertigkeitswurf[link34] für Fingerfertigkeit[link35], den Dolch[link33] und Pistole sonst verleihen. In Bezug auf die Herstellung von Meisterarbeiten oder magischen Versionen dieser Waffe gilt die Dolchpistole als Doppelwaffe. Donnerbüchse: Diese Waffe verschießt entweder Schrot[link36] oder eine Kugel aus ihrem trompetenförmigen Lauf, sodass sie sich hervorragend zur Vogeljagd oder als persönliche Schutzwaffe auf kurze Distanz eignet. Mit Schrotkugeln verschießt die Donnerbüchse einen Kegel von 4,50 m, bei einer Kugel beträgt die Grundreichweite 3 m. Als Munition verwendet die Donnerbüchse eine Kugel oder Schrot[link36] mit einer Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Sie gilt als frühe Feuerwaffe.


Doppelhakenbüchse: Der Lauf dieses Gewehres mit doppelter Länge ist mithilfe zweier Drehzapfen auf einem Schwenkmechanismus befestigt, der wiederum auf einem leichten, zweirädrigen Fahrgestell sitzt. Zum Aufstellen des Fahrgestells benötigt man eine Volle Aktion[link37]. Das Fahrgestell besitzt ein Hinterbein, mit dem der Träger die Waffe bewegen und sofort abstellen kann, sodass sie im Kampf stabil steht. Im Gegensatz zu anderen beidhändig geführten Feuerwaffen muss die Doppelhakenbüchse auf dem Gestell abgefeuert werden, andernfalls unterliegt der Schuss einem Malus von -4 auf den Angriffswurf[link38] und der Rückstoß[link39] wirft den Schützen zu Boden. Eine große oder größere Kreatur kann eine Doppelhakenbüchse, die eine Größenkategorie kleiner ist als sie, ohne das Gestell wie eine normale beidhändig geführte Waffe abfeuern. Dabei läuft sie nicht Gefahr, zu Boden geworfen zu werden, allerdings unterliegt sie dem normalen Malus für das Abfeuern einer Waffe unpassender Größe. Dies ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Drachenpistole: Die Drachenpistole ähnelt einer kleineren Donnerbüchse und verschießt aus ihrem verbreiterten Lauf entweder Schrot[link36] oder eine Kugel. Beim Abfeuern von Schrot[link36] erzeugt die Drachenpistole einen Kegel von 4,50 m, beim Abfeuern einer Kugel liegt die Grundreichweite bei 3 m. Als Munition verwendet die Drachenpistole entweder mehrere Schrotkugeln mit einer Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31] (entweder mit Kugeln oder Schrot[link36]). Sie ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Feuerlanze: Diese primitive Feuerwaffe besteht lediglich aus einer langen Röhre, aus der nach der Zündung eine Flamme und ein Wurfspeer[link40] schießen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Feuerwaffen, ist die Feuerlanze äußerst ungenau und zielt auf die RK[link41] und nicht die Berührungs- RK[link41]. Bei der Bestimmung der Auswirkungen einer Fehlzündung[link5] gilt die Feuerlanze immer als beschädigt[link29]. Als Munition verwendet die Feuerlanze einen Wurfspeer[link40] und zwei Prisen Schwarzpulver[link30]. Sie ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Kalverine (Handbombarde): Die Kalverine, die auch als Handbombarde bekannt ist, besteht aus einem einfachen Glattrohr, das bis auf ein kleines Loch zum Zünden der Treibladung an einem Ende versiegelt ist. Der Lauf wird zum Teil von einem Holzrahmen umschlossen, mit dessen Hilfe man die Waffe beim Tragen recht einfach unter den Arm klemmen kann. Das Abfeuern einer Kalverine ohne Stütze (sei es eine Mauer, ein Fenster oder ein Ständer) unterliegt einem Malus von -4 auf Angriffswürfe[link38] und wirft den Schützen zu Boden. Als Munition verwendet die Kalverine vier Prisen Schwarzpulver[link30] und eine Kartätsche (eine Handvoll Schrotkugeln). Es ist zu beachten, dass diese Werte nur für eine tragbare Kalverine gilt; ihre größeren Abkömmlinge gelten als Kanonen[link42] und werden im Abschnitt Belagerungswaffen[link43] in den Ausbauregeln II: Kampf behandelt. Sie ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Kriegshammermuskete: Auf der Mündung dieser Muskete ist der Kopf eines Kriegshammers[link44] angebracht, sodass sie sowohl als Muskete wie als Kriegshammer[link44] eingesetzt werden kann. In Bezug auf die Herstellung von Meisterarbeiten und magischen Versionen gilt sie als Doppelwaffe. Erhält sie den Zustand[link28] Beschädigt[link29], gelten sowohl der Feuerwaffenteil als auch der Kriegshammer[link44] als beschädigt[link29]. Als Munition verwendet eine Kriegshammer[link44] muskete entweder eine Kugel mit einer Prise Schießpulver oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Dies ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Mantelpistole: Diese Pistole sie klein genug, so dass man sie leicht unter einer Jacke oder einem Mantel verbergen kann, allerdings hat sie weniger Durchschlagskraft als andere und größere Feuerwaffen. Fertigkeitswürfe[link34] für Fingerfertigkeit[link35] erhalten einen Bonus von +2, wenn man die Mantelpistole am Körper verstecken will. Pistole: Zwar ist diese einfache, einschüssige Pistole die am weitesten verbreitete Feuerwaffe, dennoch kann sie innerhalbeiner Kampagne ein derart seltener Gegenstand sein, dass viele bei ihrem Anblick entweder neidisch oder aber neugierig werden. Sie kann zudem viele verschiedene Formen annehmen – von einem herrlich verzierten Meisterstück in Form eines feuerspeienden Drachen[link45] über eine weiterverbreitete Pistole mit Holzgriff bis hin zu einer einfachen Metallröhre mit Abzug. Als Munition verwendet eine Pistole entweder eine Kugel und eine Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Sie ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.


Doppelläufige Pistole: Diese Pistole besitzt zwei nebeneinander liegende Läufe. Beide können jeweils unabhängig voneinander mit einer Aktion oder gleichzeitig in derselben Aktion abgefeuert werden. Stockdegenpistole: Diese Kombinationswaffe ist eine Feuerwaffe, die sich aus einer Mantelpistole und einem Stockdegen zusammensetzt. In Bezug auf die Herstellung von Meisterarbeiten oder magischen Versionen gilt die Stockdegenpistole als Doppelwaffe. Aufgrund des Pistolenaufsatzes lässt sich das Wesen der Waffe nicht so leicht verbergen. Ein Beobachter muss einen Fertigkeitswurf[link34] für Wahrnehmung[link46] gegen SG 15 bestehen, um zu bemerken, dass eine nicht gezogene Stockdegenpistole eine Waffe und kein einfacher Spazierstock ist. Wenn der Beobachter mit der Waffe umgehen kann, verringert sich der SG auf 5. Als Munition verwendet die Stockdegenpistole entweder eine Kugel mit einer Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31]. Um den Pistolenteil der Waffe zu laden, muss der Degenteil dieser frühen Feuerwaffe abgenommen werden.


Tartschenpistole: An der Vorderseite des Schildes ist eine kleine, doppelläufige Pistole angebracht, die beim Tragen der Tartsche[link47] abgefeuert werden kann. Im Gegensatz zur doppelläufigen Pistole kann diese Waffe nur einen Lauf gleichzeitig abfeuern. Um die Pistole nachzuladen, muss die Tartsche[link47] abgenommen werden. In jeden Lauf wird als Munition entweder eine Kugel mit einer Prise Schwarzpulver[link30] oder eine einzelne alchemistische Kartusche[link31] geladen. Aufgrund ihrer unpraktischen Bauweise gilt eine Tartschenpistole immer als Zweithandwaffe. Sie ist eine frühe Feuerwaffe.
