Gesellschaftsoptionen

Meist wählen Monster des Aufgabenbereiches Experte Gesellschaftoptionen, allerdings können auch charmante Draufgänger (Kampfbeteiligte) oder inspirierende Priester (Zauberwirker) hiervon profitieren.

Inspiration

Diese Fähigkeiten manipulieren Geisteszustände, um Gegner zu behindern oder Verbündete zu stärken. Viele davon lassen sich eher im Kampf einsetzen als andere Gesellschaftsoptionen.

Aura der Resistenz: Wähle zwei Effektbeschreibungen (z.B. Bezauberung oder Furcht). Verbündete innerhalb von 3 m Entfernung zum Monster erhalten einen Moralbonus von +4 auf Rettungswürfe gegen Effekte dieser Kategorien.

Faszinieren: Als Standard-Aktion zwingt das Monster eine beliebige Anzahl von Kreaturen innerhalb von 27 m, die es sehen und hören können und auf es achten, zu einem Willenswurf gegen den Fähigkeit-SG -5. Misslingt der Rettungswurf, erhält ein Ziel für 1 Minute oder solange den Zustand Fasziniert, bis es sieht, dass jemand eine feindselige Bewegung ausführt (z.B. ein Schwert zieht oder einen Zauber wirkt). Bei Erfolg ist das Ziel gegen diese Fähigkeit für 24 Stunden immun.

Furcht erwecken: Als Standard-Aktion zwingt das Monster jede feindliche Kreatur innerhalb von 9 m, die es hören kann, zu einem Willenswurf. Misslingt dieser, erhält das Ziel den Zustand Verängstigt und muss 1 Minute lang oder bis es das Monster nicht mehr hören kann aus der Gegenwart des Monsters fliehen. Bei Erfolg ist das Ziel für 24 Stunden gegen diese Fähigkeit des Monsters immun.

Gegner demoralisieren: Als Volle Aktion kann das Monster einen Fertigkeitswurf für Einschüchtern ablegen, um alle Gegner innerhalb von 9 m Entfernung zu demoralisieren. Sollte es eine Kreatur auf 0 oder weniger TP reduzieren, kann es diese Fähigkeit als Freie Aktion nutzen.

Heldenhafte Erholung: Das Monster kann ein Mal pro Tag sich und allen Verbündeten innerhalb von 18 m Entfernung einen zusätzlichen Rettungswurf gegen einen Effekt verleihen, der auf das Monster einwirkt.

Lied des Erfolges: Als Standard-Aktion verleiht das Monster einem maximal 9 m weit entfernten Verbündeten, der es hören kann, einen Kompetenzbonus von +5 auf Fertigkeitswürfe für eine bestimmte Fertigkeit. Der Effekt endet, sollte das Monster getötet werden, das Bewusstsein verlieren, gelähmt oder anderweitig außerstande sein, das Lied mit einer Freien Aktion pro Runde aufrechtzuerhalten.

Lied des Heldenmutes: Als Standard-Aktion erhalten das Monster und ein bereitwilliger Verbündeter innerhalb von 9 m Entfernung für jeweils 1 Minute einen Moralbonus von +4 auf Rettungswürfe, sowie einen Ausweichbonus von +4 auf die RK. Der Effekt endet, sollte das Monster getötet werden, das Bewusstsein verlieren, gelähmt oder anderweitig außerstande sein, ihm mit einer Freien Aktion pro Runde aufrechtzuerhalten.

Lied des Mutes: Als Standard-Aktion verleiht das Monster allen Verbündeten, die es hören können, einen Kompetenzbonus von +1 auf Angriffs- und Waffenschadenswürfe, sowie einen Moralbonus von +1 auf Rettungswürfe gegen Bezauberungs- und Furchteffekte. Die Boni steigen mit HG 4 auf +2, mit HG 10 auf +3 und mit HG 16 auf +4. Mit HG 6 kann das Monster diesen Effekt als Freie Aktion beginnen. Der Effekt endet, sollte das Monster getötet werden, das Bewusstsein verlieren, gelähmt oder anderweitig außerstande sein, das Lied mit einer Freien Aktion pro Runde aufrechtzuerhalten.

Schrecken: Als Standard-Aktion verleiht das Monster jeder von ihm ausgewählten Kreatur innerhalb von 9 m Entfernung für 1 Minute den Zustand Erschüttert[link1]. Diese Option lässt eine erschütterte Kreatur nicht verängstigt[link2] oder eine verängstigte Kreatur nicht panisch[link3] werden.

Schwächende Präsenz: Das Monster umgibt eine Aura mit 9 m Radius; feindliche Kreaturen innerhalb der Aura erleiden einen Malus von -2 auf Attributs-, Angriffs-, Fertigkeits- und Schadenswürfe. Ein Ziel, dessen Zug innerhalb der Aura beginnt, kann einen Willenswurf gegen den Fähigkeit-SG -5 ablegen; bei Erfolg ist es für 24 Stunden gegen den Effekt dieser Aura immun.

Stärkende Präsenz: Als Standard-Aktion aktiviert das Monster eine Aura mit 9 m Radius; verbündete Kreaturen innerhalb der Aura erhalten einen Bonus von -2 auf Attributs-, Angriffs-, Fertigkeits- und Schadenswürfe.

Sonstiges

Diese Optionen betreffen hauptsächlich andere Interaktionen als Kampfhandlungen. Die meisten eignen sich zur Erschaffung von Gegnern, die Herausforderungen fernab des Schlachtfeldes darstellen sollen, oder für NSC mit nützlichen Fähigkeiten.

Beredsamkeit: Wenn das Monster einen charismabasierenden Fertigkeitswurf ablegt, würfelt es zwei Mal und behält das bessere Ergebnis.

Entschlüpfender Geist: Sollte das Monster von einem Verzauberungseffekt oder –zauber betroffen sein und sein Rettungswurf misslingen, kann es den Rettungswurf 1 Runde später wiederholen.

Geräusche nachahmen: Das Monster kann perfekt Geräusche und vielleicht sogar Stimmen nachahmen. Es erhält Bluffen als weitere Meisterfertigkeit und kann einen konkurrierenden Fertigkeitswurf für Bluffen gegen Motiv erkennen ablegen, um ein Geräusch überzeugend nachzuahmen. Das Ziel erleidet einen Malus von -8, sollte es mit der nachgeahmten Art von Geräusch oder Kreatur nicht vertraut sein.

Handelskundig: Wenn das Monster einen Fertigkeitswurf für Schätzen[link4] ablegt, würfelt es zwei Mal und behält das bessere Ergebnis. Ferner kann es versuchen, magische Gegenstände zu identifizieren, ohne Magie entdecken zu wirken, wobei es statt Zauberkunde[link5] Schätzen[link4] nutzt. Sollte das Monster scheitern, kann es danach nicht versuchen, auf diese Weise denselben Gegenstand noch ein Mal zu identifizieren.

Kundig: Das Monster würfelt bei jedem Fertigkeitswurf für Wissen zwei Mal und behält das bessere Ergebnis.

Linguist: Das Monster kann alle Sprachen sprechen, lesen und verstehen.

Lügner: Wenn das Monster einen Fertigkeitswurf für Bluffen[link6], Heimlichkeit[link7] oder Verkleiden[link8] ablegt, würfelt es zwei Mal und behält das bessere Ergebnis. Seine Lügen können mittels Magie nur erkannt werden, wenn ein Wurf auf die Zauberstufe gegen SG 15 + HG des Monsters gelingt.

Mit Tieren sprechen: Das Monster kann mit Tieren sprechen und erhält Mit Tieren umgehen[link9] als zusätzliche Meisterfertigkeit.

Telepathie: Das Monster kann mental mit jeder sprachbegabten Kreatur innerhalb von 30 m Entfernung kommunizieren.

Wachsamkeit: Wenn das Monster einen Fertigkeitswurf für Motiv erkennen[link10] oder Wachsamkeit[link11] ablegt, würfelt es zwei Mal und behält das bessere Ergebnis.
